Push the inner handle into the outer and it stops. Urgent is always inside the warning. Try it.
Feature · Alerts
Every agency works to a different clock. Set how far ahead Relai raises each date, and your dashboard and the daily briefing use the same rules.
Defaults match the rules Relai shipped with. Change nothing and nothing changes.
What you see on your dashboard
Every alert lands in one of two bands. Coming up means the date is inside your warning period. Urgent means it is inside your urgent period, or already past. Each line names the player or deal, the rule, and the date it counts towards.

How you set a rule
Each rule has a slider with two handles. The outer handle sets the first warning. The inner handle sets the point where the alert turns urgent. The handles cannot cross. Move one and the other stays where you left it.

Playing contract: start renewal talks
Your agency's lead time before a playing contract expires. Reminded on the day.
Nothing new is raised while a rule is off. What already reached your dashboard is left in place.
What you cannot change
The regulatory dates come from the contract and the rules in force. Relai cites the article beside each one. You choose how early you hear about the date. You do not move the date.

Deals
Relai flags a deal that has gone quiet, an offer with no answer, and a window about to shut. It reads your own records to do it. No close date to type. No confidence score to invent.
Deal has gone quiet
An open deal whose stage has not changed and which has had nothing recorded since.
Quiet is counted from the last movement on the deal: a stage change, a note, a Scenario, a communicated version, an accepted capture. The defaults are 21 and 45 days.
Opens the communicated version
Two-year transfer · Revision 8 · sent 6 Sep 2026
When you record that a Scenario was communicated, Relai starts counting. The line links to the exact version that went out. Record agreed terms and the line clears.
The briefing
The daily briefing reads the same rules as your dashboard. A mandate you set to warn at 90 days appears under Coming up at 90 days, and in the next briefing once. It does not repeat every morning.
