Feature · Player media

Branded highlight reels and player graphics.

Cut a reel for scouts and a match-day graphic for social, in your agency's branding, inside the player record you already keep. No second tool, no files to chase, nothing to retype.

Reels and artwork live on the player record, beside the contract and the Packs you send.

The Relai video editor open inside a player record: the player's clips and freeze frames on the left, a paused frame with a spotlight on one player in the middle, the freeze frame's settings on the right and one timeline below.

Why it lives here

Made where the player is managed.

Media made in a separate app loses touch with the player the moment it is exported. In Relai the reel and the graphic start from the record and stay on it, so the agent who manages the player also owns what is said about them.

Starts from the record

The player's name, club, position and photos are already in Relai. A reel or a graphic starts from them, so nothing is retyped and nothing is out of date.

Stays with the player

Every reel, every export and every graphic sits on the player record, next to the contract, the dossier and the Player Packs you send. Nobody hunts through a download folder.

Carries your agency

Cards, watermarks, colours and fonts come from your Brand kit. A club sees the player and the agency behind them, on every piece, from every agent.

Highlight reels

Show a club the moment, not the match.

A scout does not have ninety minutes. Cut the player's clips to the moments that matter, pause on each one and point at what to look for. The reel opens on the player's name and closes on your agency's contact.

A paused frame with a vision cone drawn from a player's feet to show where they are looking, and the cone's colour and shape controls beside it.

Explain the moment

Pause the footage and draw on it: a ring, an arrow, a run, a zone, where the player is looking. The video and its sound stop together, show the point, then carry on.

Branded, finished and kept

Trim as soon as you add the files. Export in the background and carry on working. Each finished reel is a numbered version on the player's record.

  • Your logo on the footage
  • Every exported version kept on the record

Social artwork

Match-day graphics in your agency's style.

A goal, a debut, a signing or a birthday deserves a post the same day. Artwork opens on the player, with the agency's colours, fonts and logo already in place, and gives you square, portrait and story sizes from one design.

The Relai Artwork editor with a square goal graphic for a player open: the layers list, the canvas with its placement guide, and the size, preset and background settings.

One design, three sizes

Pick a preset, drop in the player's photo and write the line. A placement guide shows what the platform will crop. Resize copy makes the next format.

The same goal graphic with its headline text selected and the text, colour and appearance controls beside it.

Edit the words, keep the look

Select the headline and change the words, size or colour. Brand kit colours are one click away, so every agent's post looks like the same agency made it.

Brand kit

Set the brand once. Every piece follows it.

An admin saves the agency's logo, colours and fonts in the Brand kit. Reels and artwork pick them up by default, and an agent can still change a single piece without touching the kit.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

Agents and agencies who already keep their players in Relai and want to send clubs, players and followers something that looks like the agency made it. No editing or design experience is needed.

What can I make?

Highlight reels of up to 10 minutes from up to 20 clips, with paused, annotated moments and branded cards. And square, portrait and story graphics for goals, debuts, signings and match days.

How long should a football highlight reel be?

Short enough for a scout to watch to the end. A few minutes with the best moments first works better than a long reel. Relai allows up to 10 minutes, so one reel can show a full season's best clips, and a paused, annotated moment tells the scout what to look for.

Do I need to learn editing software?

No. You trim by dragging the ends of a clip, explain a moment by pausing and drawing on it, and the branding is already set. Relai does not track players automatically; you choose what to point at.

Where does the agency branding come from?

From the workspace Brand kit: your logo, colours and fonts, set once by an admin. A reel or a graphic copies them when it is made, so a later change to the kit never alters something you already sent.

Which video files can I add?

MP4, MOV, M4V or WebM files up to 1 GB and 15 minutes each, or any video already on the player record. Clips are ready to trim the moment you add them, while the upload finishes in the background. Finished reels export as 1080p MP4 and can go into a Player Pack.
