The setup

Every earning gets its own decision.

A playing contract lists its earnings: the wage, a bonus per appearance, a bonus per goal, a one-off promotion bonus, a signing-on fee. Each row is included at a rate or excluded. Two bonuses in the same category can carry different rates.

When a representation agreement is scanned, Relai reads its fee wording and proposes rates for the earnings it names. Every suggestion carries the passage it came from. Wording that settles nothing becomes a flag beside the row, never a guessed percentage.

Frequently asked questions

Does Relai track what has been paid?

No. A Commission setup records which earnings carry a fee and at what rate. It creates no invoices, instalments or payments. It marks nothing as received.

What happens when the playing contract changes?

The setup is marked stale. Relai asks you to review the latest earnings and confirm again. Nothing is recalculated behind your back.

Can I set rates once for the whole agency?

Yes. After you confirm a setup, Relai offers to save the rates as agency defaults, one rule per earning category. Defaults only propose. Each setup is still confirmed by a person.
