Feature · Conversations
The players who need you most are rarely the ones calling. Relai turns the check-in you meant to make into an agreed cadence, a record, and a recap the player can hold.
Reminders go to the responsible agent only. Nothing is sent to a player without a person deciding to send it.
Cadence
Set how often you and a player speak. Relai plans twelve months of check-ins from the date you agree, and stops at the end of the representation agreement. Every date stays in front of the responsible agent.

Record
Agenda, notes, outcomes and what you promised, kept beside the player and the deals it touched. A missed call stays a missed call. Commitments you make become tasks once you approve them.
Check-in · Tomas Reyes
Held 8 Oct 2026 · due 1 Oct
Notes
Happy with minutes since the injury. Wants clarity on the club's renewal plan before January. Family moving closer to the training ground in the spring.
Commitments
What was said and what you promised, on one record. Approve a commitment and it becomes a task with a due date.
Check-ins · every 6 weeks
4 shownEach check-in keeps its history. Late is recorded as late. The cadence does not shuffle to hide it.
Recap
Choose what to share back to the player, or to a parent or guardian. Each shared version is kept as sent. A later change makes a new version that shows what changed, and each recipient acknowledges it.
