Does Relai certify that a deal or agreement is compliant?

No. Relai surfaces advisory findings from the information in your workspace. It does not provide legal advice, certify compliance or replace review of the current FIFA, FA or other applicable regulations.

Will a compliance finding stop someone saving a record?

No. Findings never block saving. They put the rule and the relevant facts in front of the user. The agency keeps responsibility for the decision and for any professional advice it needs.

What does the first rule pack check?

The first FFAR pack covers representation-agreement duration and overlap, commission terms on inactive mandates, minor-related fees and fee-cap context. Missing inputs are shown as unknown rather than passed.

How does Relai handle changing or suspended rules?

Rules and their legal status are versioned. The fee cap is marked suspended since the C-209/23 judgment of 16 July 2026, pending FIFA's next step. A finding can also mark a provision as dependent on jurisdiction. The interface never presents an old calculation as settled law.

Can an agency turn the checks off?
