Solo is one seat. Agency includes 3 seats and Scale includes 10. On Agency and Scale, Relai adds a seat when you invite someone and Stripe prorates it. Remove a member and the seat comes off the next invoice.

Seats, connections and credits
What can each person connect?
Every seat can connect its own WhatsApp and a Gmail or Outlook inbox. Scale seats can connect two inboxes. Relai only scans the messages you choose to capture into your Inbox. Extra connections will be £8 a month each.
What are AI credits?
Relai uses AI credits when it reads a captured message, document or voice note and prepares updates for you to approve. One credit is roughly one message scan. Each seat adds its monthly credits to a pool the whole workspace shares, and the pool resets with your billing period. Owners and admins can set a limit for any member. Relai warns you as the pool runs low. Browsing your messages never uses credits.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Captures are still saved, but Relai waits to read them until your credits reset. Extra credit packs of 1,000 for £30 are coming soon.
