Install Relai and sign in with your workspace account
Install Relai from the App Store, then sign in with the same account you use on desktop. If you belong to more than one workspace, choose the agency you want to capture into.
Connect this iPhone once
When the app offers to connect your phone, tap Connect this iPhone. Relai registers the phone as a capture device for the selected workspace and keeps the connection available for future shares and voice notes.
Try one capture before relying on it
From another iPhone app, share a screenshot, link or message to Relai. You can also record a voice note in the app. The capture should arrive in your private Inbox, where you can review any proposals before anything becomes shared CRM data.
Share a WhatsApp message to Relai
Hold the message in WhatsApp
Open the conversation, then press and hold the individual message you want to capture.
Tap Forward
WhatsApp opens its forwarding view for the selected message.
Tap the share icon
Choose the share icon in the forwarding view to open the iPhone share sheet.
Choose Relai
Tap Relai in the app row, then confirm the share to your Inbox.
If Relai is not in the app row yet
Swipe left across the app row and tap More. In the Apps list, tap Relai. To keep it close for future shares, tap Edit and add Relai to Favourites.
Notifications are optional
Relai can send your daily briefing to your iPhone lock screen. It can include due tasks, player check-ins, contract milestones, clause reviews, Player Pack updates and opportunities. Enable it from Settings → Notifications in Relai, then allow notifications in iOS Settings if your phone asks.
If the phone does not appear
Open Settings → Connected devices on desktop and check whether the phone is listed. If it is missing, return to the iPhone app and connect again. If it was revoked, the app will need to establish a new connection before it can capture into this workspace.
