Player Packs

Share a selective, immutable player dossier with one intended club contact, then follow the pitch through response and outcome.

A Pack is a selective pitch, not the full dossier

Start from a player dossier and choose only the facts, approved media and eligible documents needed for this pitch. Publishing freezes an immutable version. Later dossier edits do not silently rewrite a Pack that a recipient has already received.

A published Pack can have several recipient-specific Shares. Shared Packs shows their first open, response, follow-up, expiry, revocation, stale-data warning and human outcome. It does not rank recipients by opens.

Expiry is automatic; revocation is immediate and permanent

Every Share has an expiry date and becomes unavailable when that moment passes. The sender is reminded three days beforehand when the Share is still active and unresolved. The sender can extend an eligible Share when a conversation remains live.

Revocation disables the existing URL immediately. It cannot be undone. If sharing should resume later, create a new Share so the recipient gets a new credential and a clean audit trail.

Eligible attachments stay behind the Share link

Relai never exposes the dossier's original storage URL. An eligible PDF or image is available only through the same time-limited Share credential after the sender explicitly confirms it may leave the workspace. Downloads stop when the Share expires, is suspended or is revoked.

Recipient response and agent outcome are separate facts

A recipient can choose Interested, Need more information or Pass and add a message. That response notifies the sender and creates follow-up work where appropriate; it never moves a deal or pipeline record automatically.

The sharing agent or a workspace owner or admin records the human outcome: Conversation started, Progressed to deal, or Closed without progression. Progressing requires an explicit choice to create a deal or link an existing deal for the same player.

Use the smallest useful disclosure

Check the intended club and recipient, review every selected fact and attachment, and use a short expiry that matches the conversation. Shared Packs warns when the same player has already been pitched to the same club so the team can review the earlier Share and outcome before sending another.

If player authority ends, a Share can be suspended even before expiry. For a minor, the required guardian or authorised-representative consent must be recorded before publication or sharing.
